Bet On Your Baby & Luvs #Coupon #Giveaway! #BetOnYourBaby

How well do you know your baby or toddler? Do you think you know them well enough to bet on it? Bet on Your Baby is a new show where parents play fun games with their toddlers and try to “bet” on what baby will do next! If they guess correctly, the family wins $5,000 in college tuition money and the chance to play for $50,000! Pretty cool, right?

All of these fun and hilarious games are played in a toy-filled room called the Baby Dome which in my opinion is quite fitting! You can check out the Bet on Your Baby Blog App below for some fun clips from the show! On the app you will also find the "Would You Survive The Baby Dome?" quiz which tests how well you know the behavior of babies!

Check out the Bob Revolution SE Duallie! #BabyExtravaganza

Kim of Party of 5 recently received the Bob Revolution SE Duallie for the Baby Extravaganza Event which is being co-hosted by Momma T and Family, Rambles of a SAHMMy Four Littles and Party of 5! You can read about the stroller below!

As soon as I knew I was pregnant one of the first things that came to mind was, " oh no, I need a double jogger "! I know, that seems a tad crazy but it's true. I love our BOB Revolution SE and have gotten may awesome runs out of it. Olivia is the one who really likes to come with me for a run.

I figure since the new babe will be arriving either August or September having a double jogger is a great investment. It is recommended that you DO NOT jog/run with any child under 6 months of age. This gives me some time to adjust after surgery and have baby ready for the jogs.

My Experience at The Big Toy Book Baby Palooza #BTBBabyPalooza

Huge thanks to The Big Toy Book Baby Palooza who provided me with a Swag Bag containing some products mentioned below!

Last week I had the opportunity to attend The Big Toy Book's Baby Palooza at the Delta Children headquarters in New York City which was hosted by Joey FortmanCharlene DeLoach, Laurie Schacht and Reyne Rice. There, attendees learned the 2013 is the year to be safety smart, Parent smart, technology smart and baby smart!

As a parent, safety is my first priority when considering a product for my child so I appreciate what these companies are doing and how they are utilizing technology in their products.

The First Years iAlert Convertible Car Seat
As soon as we got the Delta headquarters, I pretty much gravitated towards the The First Years True Fit iAlert Convertible Car Seat. This revolutionary new car seat monitoring system is designed to alert parents of potentially life-threatening situations via their smartphone if their child:
  • Rides in a rear facing position not installed at the desired angle
  • Becomes unbuckled while the vehicle is in motion
  • Is left in the car seat when the vehicle is not in motion
  • Is at risk due to elevated or freezing ambient temperature in the car seat
Pretty amazing, am I right? Can you imagine how many infants and toddlers would be saved if they were accidently left in the car?

The car seat can be used from 5 to 35 lbs rear-facing and from 23 to 65 lbs forward-facing. Other features include a removable head rest designed to help manage head control. One of my favorite features besides for the monitoring system is the no-rethread harness that is incredibly easy to adjust! You can learn more about the The First Years iAlert Convertible Car Seat on The First Years website.

The First Years iAlert Convertible Car Seat is available on Amazon and MSRP is $399.99.

E's #FirstFit with @HUGGIES® Little Movers Slip-On® Diapers!

Thank you Mom Central Consulting for providing me with HUGGIES® Little Movers Slip-On® Diapers for review.

Once your child hits a milestone such as crawling or walking, you start a whole new ball game! Finding a diaper that holds up to all of that movement is very important. You might find that the diapers you used on your child when he or she was immobile may not work for them now that they are able to crawl and/or walk.

HUGGIES® Little Movers Slip-On® Diapers are designed for standing and newly walking babies. We recently had the opportunity to try out HUGGIES® Little Movers Slip-On® Diaper Pants in both a size 4 (22-37 lbs) and size 5 (27 lbs). These diapers are made with stretchy sides and require no adjustments for a great fit which is one o the reasons I was interested in trying them with E!

Jars, Pouches, or Both? #BabyFood @EarthsBest

Thank you Earth's Best for providing me with jared and pouched foods on behalf of the Earth's Best Blogging Program!

As the first complete line of organic infant nutrition including formula, cereals and purees for all stages of feeding, Earth’s Best is the only brand offering infant foods in both eco-friendly glass jars and convenient re-sealable pouches. The pouches and jars can be found Earth's Best 1st Foods (4 months+), 2nd Foods (6 months +) and 3rd Foods (9 months+). As some of you may know, Earths's Best recently added the new Veggie Puree Pouches tho their line of pouches which are unique blends of organic vegetables and are a great way for babies to get the recommended weekly intake of dark green and orange veggies!

Earth's Best has over 90 jar varieties and 35 pouches so that you can expand your baby’s taste palate both at home and on the go! Stocking up on both jars and pouches has many advantages. The economic and eco-friendly jars are great at home and encourage interaction with your child as well as introduce your baby to the use of a spoon and table manners as he or she gets older. Pouches are ideal for travel and can be quite handy at times with children who can sit up and eat independently. They are also a great way to continue getting wholesome fruits and vegetables into your little one as he moves into what are sometimes the picky toddler years.

Baby K'tan {Review & #Giveaway} #BabyExtravaganza

Thank you Baby K'tan for providing me with a carrier for review!

I've talked about babywearing on the blog before and currently own or have owned a few different carriers which include soft structured carriers, slings, mei tais and soft stretchy wraps. When E was an infant, I loved using soft stretchy wraps! The first carrier I ever owned was a popular stretchy wrap but unfortunately, I had to stop using stretchy wraps because she outgrew them and when I would wear her, the wrap would sag.

A few months back I heard about the Baby K'tan Carrier, a soft cotton baby carrier that is a blend of a sling, wrap and carrier. The K'tan provides the positions and benefits of all three types of carriers and can be worn comfortably with infants and toddlers (from birth to 3 years) in multiple positions.

Joovy Caboose Too Ultralight {Review} #BabyExtravaganza

Before I had E, I never thought that I would have any use for a double stroller. I mean, I wasn't a mother of two and wasn't giving birth to twins so a single stroller would suit us, right? Well, On the the day E was born, eleven hours later my nephew Ryan entered the world as well. Yes, That's right, they were born on the same day!

I'll sometimes babysit Ryan and my family frequently attends events, parties, and has outings together so I quickly came to realize how convenient it would be to own a double stroller for both E and Ryan and something I could use withe my nephew Angel as well.

ViveVita {Review & #Giveaway}

We recently we received a few products from ViveVita to try. Before I dive into my review, here is a little about ViveVita:
Vive Vita arose from the need of one woman to tackle problems she encountered in everyday living.  Robyn is the mother of nine children who became frustrated when she could not find a simple solution to issues such as handtowels and bathroom towels constantly on the floor, confusion between multiple drink cups for children, and organization and security for the children while in public places.  With no readily available products that fit her needs, Robyn decided to create her own solutions.
ViveVita Label-Itz Keepster
The first product I couldn't wait to try was the ViveVita Label-Itz Keepster which is a Pacifier Clip that can be written on. You have enough space to include any information you want such as a name, allergies, phone number, etc! The Keepster fits all types of pacifiers and is perfect for daycare, nurseries, travel, and home. Keepsters are available in 6 cute characters and colors.

Greek Yogurt and Earth’s Best! @EarthsBest

Over the past few years, Greek Yogurt seems to be gaining an even larger fan base and new found popularity. Did you know that Greek Yogurt is packed with even more nutrients than yogurt? It also has a wonderfully delicious and unique taste. Greek Yogurt has nearly double the protein than regular yogurt and has half the amount of sodium found in regular yogurt. It's thicker and creamier than regular yogurt which makes it a great way to fill up without excess snacking!

The Original BabyAnkees {Review & #Giveaway}

It was not a proud parent moment- I had wrapped tape around the bunched up sleeper at my daughter’s ankles. I couldn’t think of any other way to keep them from sliding down while she crawled around our playroom. The tape got wrinkly and the noise distracted my daughter. Then the tape became something she wanted to eat- my plan was not working.

A few weeks later I got an email asking of I would like to review The Original BabyAnkees. I quickly googled to see exactly what they were and then excitedly accepted!
