If you're celebrating Easter, I'm sure your family probably partakes in the tradition of dying easter eggs. When I was growing up there were 3 of us kids and my mom would divide a dozen hard boiled eggs between us. We enjoyed dying them, the problem was, no one would eat them! My younger brother and sister would only eat eggs if they were scrambled. Even though I enjoyed them, there is only so many hard boiled eggs a kid can eat!  

So, What happens after easter and you have all those hard boiled eggs leftover? I've got that covered! Here are some pins of recipes where hard boiled eggs are used as the main ingredient or one of the ingredients in a recipe. Enjoy!

Baby E was born on April 4th and shares a birthday with her cousin Ryan. E is exactly 11 hours older than him!
