Thank you Earth's Best for providing me with Earth's Best Chlorine Free Diapers to review as part as the Earth's Best Preferred Blogger program!

When you have and infant or toddler, diapers are a necessity (unless you use elimination communication). As and Earth's Best Preferred Blogger, I was recently provided with Earth's Best TenderCare Chlorine Free Diapers in a size 5. We had tried Earth's Best diapers in the past and had a great experience with them but we were mainly using cloth diapers at the time. This time around we are using disposable diapers most of the time because it's more convenient for our family.
Earth's Best Chlorine Free Disposable Diapers are available in newborn to size 6 sizes and are made from non-chlorine bleached materials and contain natural absorbant material such as corn and wheat. Earth's Best Diapers are made with fewer petro-chemicals. The diapers feature breathable sides, a moisture barrier cuff, refastenable tabs and are free of Latex, dye, and perfumes! The size 5 diapers come in a 26 count package and are for babies up to 27+ lbs.

The Benefits of DHA and ARA @EarthsBest

If you are a formula feeding mom, you may want to know what DHA and ARA are and why we need them in our baby’s formulas. Dr. Austin Abramson,an expert at Earth's Best, provides the answers to all of your questions below and for more details and to read the full article, visit the Earth’s Best website: The Benefits of DHA and ARA.

“DHA and ARA are essential fatty acids. We use the term "essential" because the human body has limited ability to manufacture these fatty acids, so they must be consumed from outside sources. DHA is a "good" fat that is necessary for proper health and development. DHA is found throughout the body, but is especially concentrated in the eye and brain. DHA makes up about 97% of the omega-3 in the brain and 93% of the omega-3 in the eyes.

The Importance of Whole Grains with @EarthsBest!

Whole grain possesses natural nutrition and the USDA recommends that 3 of our grain servings each day are made up of whole grains. Whole grains have fiber, vitamins and minerals and when children begin eating whole grains early, they tend to develop a preference for those flavors for a lifetime of healthy eating!

Whole grain provides so many benefits and your children will gain several healthy benefits from eating whole grains at an early age! Whole grain is rich in fiber and helps maintain healthy digestion. To calculate the grams of fiber your child needs each day just add 5 to their age (i.e. 4-year-old + 5 = 9 grams of fiber). Whole grain also helps control blood sugar and maintain cholesterol within already normal limits.

Breakfast with Earth's Best! @EarthsBest

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. The typical person spends eight hours asleep each night with no food or water. By the time you wake up, your body is dehydrated and you have little energy to start your day off with. This goes for adults as well as little ones and is one of many reasons why it’s so important to keep you and your children focused on healthy breakfast eating habits each morning.

If you skip your morning meal, you tend to eat more throughout the day and the foods are usually unhealthy and high in calories. An individual who fueled up for their day with breakfast can wait until lunch to eat with energy to spare. Studies have consistently shown that children who eat a well-balanced, complete breakfast perform better academically than children who regularly skip breakfast.
