Breakfast with Earth's Best! @EarthsBest

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. The typical person spends eight hours asleep each night with no food or water. By the time you wake up, your body is dehydrated and you have little energy to start your day off with. This goes for adults as well as little ones and is one of many reasons why it’s so important to keep you and your children focused on healthy breakfast eating habits each morning.

If you skip your morning meal, you tend to eat more throughout the day and the foods are usually unhealthy and high in calories. An individual who fueled up for their day with breakfast can wait until lunch to eat with energy to spare. Studies have consistently shown that children who eat a well-balanced, complete breakfast perform better academically than children who regularly skip breakfast.

Earth’s Best offers several breakfast items that will help your little ones start the day off right and are delicious additions to any breakfast regime. You may even find yourself stealing your child’s oatmeal for yourself!

Earth’s Best Yummy Tummy Instant Oatmeal offers a quick, easy and nutritious way to serve up a hot breakfast to start off the day! It's available in two delicious varieties that your child will love: Maple & Brown Sugar and Apples & Cinnamon. It has no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, and each serving of Earth’s Best Yummy Tummy Instant Oatmeal has 30 grams of whole grain!

Earth’s Best Infant Cereal provides an excellent source of iron, an essential mineral for proper infant growth and development. Earth’s Best uses organically grown whole grains and never adds salt, sugar or artificial preservatives. The Infant Cereal comes in the multiple varieties including:
  • Whole Grain Oatmeal
  • Whole Grain Rice
  • Whole Grain Cereal with Apple Sweet Potato
  • Whole Grain Multi-Grain
  • Whole Grain Oatmeal with Bananas
  • and Whole Grain Rice with Apples
We recently had the opportunity to try Earth's Best Yummy Tummy Instant Oatmeal in the Maple & Brown Sugar variety. E thinks it's pretty tasty and each time I prepare it for her, she goes, "Mmm!" The Verdict: She Loves Earth's Best Yummy Tummy Oatmeal!

  1. I completely agree: Breakfast of champions it is! I look for cereals with 5 grams of fiber or more and 6 grams of sugar or less per serving to get the most bang for your buck with health. Thanks for sharing!
