Joovy Loo Potty Chair {Review} @joovyOO

As some of you may know, We've been using EC (Elimination Communication) since E was a baby. If you're not familiar with EC, it's kind of like potty training for infants. I've never really been consistent with it but now that E is a toddler, I want to stay on top with potty training (or potty learning as we call it). I may be a first time mom but I have a lot of experience in potty training from working in childcare. One of the most important things you need when potty training is, of course, a potty!

Bookadoo Potty Hero Book {Review & #Giveaway}

As some of you know, I mainly cloth diaper but also use elimination communication at home. I'll usually sit E on the potty when she seems like she has to go and also sit her on randomly just so she gets used to the idea of being on it. During that time, I'll sing a "potty" song to her or read her a book.

Bookadoo's Potty Hero is a personalized book for your little potty trainee. The 20 page hardcover book can be personalized for a boy or girl and features the child's picture, name and a personal message from you! It's brightly illustrated and also showcases pictures of fun animals. Appropriate for children 2 and older, Potty Hero makes a wonderful gift for your toddler that is in the process of or beginning to potty train. The book is an excellent potty training tool and a great way to get your little one motivated!

Wordless Wednesday: Potty Time!

We've been practicing EC (Elimination Communication) so whenever E gives me cues, I sit her on her Pourty. We don't use EC consistently but I 'm hoping to start soon. Here's a shot I got of E on her potty and looking at her Once Upon a Potty book.

Pourty Potty {Review & #Giveaway}

I'm a first time mom but I have potty trained dozens of children in the last 10 years from working in childcare. I know one thing is certain, potty training is not easy. Some of these potty seats don't seem to make it any easier either. I've seen pottys that are bulky and have too many pieces. Other pottys make a mess when you try to pour the pee and/or poop out of the seat.
